Template tuning is as easy as ABC. Just choose a desired website template from more
then 8000 templates of any kind, order any customization you want and get a
professional high quality website.
3. Do I need any special skills in web design to order a customization?
No, you don't need any special skills at all. All you need is to chat with a manager
and explain what website you want. The rest of work will be done for you by our
professional designers.
4. What is a template?
A website template is a pre-made web page "without contents", very similar to a
document or greeting card template, where you insert any images or text. The main
template advantage is that you can preview the appearance of your future website
before you pay for it.
5. What is tuning (customization) of a template?
Template tuning (customization) is a process of changing (updating) a template
according to the customer's requirements. You may order adding your text and images,
changing colors and size, creating custom scripts and flash animated area. You may
order anything you desire and our professional designers will bring it to life for
you!
6. Is it not better to simply order a website from a regular web design studio?
Hiring web designers/developers to create a new, unique website costs several
times more and takes more time than Template Tuning does. When ordering a website
from a web design studio you can not view the end result of your future website
before the work is completed, where as with templates this is possible. So, in
addition, with website studios you will be forced to spend a long time and extra
money before you get the design that you really like.
7. Why are services at TemplateTuning.com so fast and inexpensive?
Our designers do not have to start by creating new website layouts. They work with
pre-made web templates, so our designers only need to change (update) existing
templates.
8. How can I explain what I want exactly?
Professional support managers will be assigned to your project. You will
communicate with them via dedicated round-the-clock chat, via e-mail or phone.
You don't need any technical skills to give us the idea of your future site. Our
professional and experienced managers will give you all the assistance and advice
that you may need.
9. Which customization services can I order?
You may order any template customization you want. We provide a wide range of
services, from simple pasting customer's text, to creating custom scripts and
flash animating.

Please note: If you order the same customization type for a few pages you don't
have to pay for every page. You only have to pay for one page and add an extra 5$
for each additional page.
11. How long will it take me to get the result?
Once you have explained to manager what exact template tuning you desire, the
manager will set the preliminary term of delivery. Typical tuning takes between
36 - 48 hours, but there can be some delays if you don't provide the necessary
information, such as correct contact information or personal files (texts, images,
etc.)
12. How can I check the state of my order?
Once you have registered you will get access to your own personal production
interface. Using this interface you will be able to check current stage of your
order, chat live with manager, upload personal files required for tuning and view
screenshots of original template or current tuning result.
13. What do I have to do to avoid delays and get a desired result?
Please provide correct and full information about yourself. According to US
legislation your information will not be used in any way, other than using
it to provide you with the details of your project. Make sure you have all necessary
information and personal files (texts, images) that will allow manager to
completely understand your project, give you the right quote and proceed with
production.
14. What should I do if I sent the payment but my project is suspended because of antifraud check?
Please don't worry, this is the usual procedure. Template Tuning billing officers
suspend all projects for antifraud check of transaction. Please wait patiently
for an e-mail with further instructions. Usually antifraud check takes 2-4 hours.
15. What should I do if I do not like the template tuning result?
When your task is done you receive an e-mail asking you to login to your personal
production interface and check screenshots of your template tuning result. If you
don't like the result you may reasonably revise it by chatting with manager and
demand necessary updates.
16. Will I get the origin of template back aside from the customized template?
Yes, you will receive your original template. Once you have accepted the template
tuning result you will receive an e-mail with 2 download links. The first link is
for downloading the template tuning result, the second link will be to download
your original template.
17. What if my time zone is different to yours?
This is not a problem. We have around the clock, enthusiastic staff, committed
chat rooms, phone-lines, and e-mail support.
18. How can I chat with manager if my English is bad?
Please don't worry about your English communication skills. Our experienced
managers will communicate with you patiently. If you prefer to communicate with us
via e-mail, you are welcome to do so. Please visit support page and submit your
corresponding request.
19. What am I allowed and not allowed to do with the templates?
You may: Build any website using the template in any way you desire.
You may not: Resell or redistribute templates; Claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified; Make more than one project using the same template (in order to do so you will have to purchase the same template again, unless you have purchased it as a unique template?).
20. What is the difference between the "template price" and the "unique template price"?
"Template price":
This means that it is a non-exclusive purchase. Other people will be able to
purchase the same template you have purchased.
"Unique template price":
This means that it is an exclusive purchase. We guarantee you that you will be the
last person able to buy this template. After an exclusive purchase occurs the template is permanently removed from the sales directory and will never be available to other customers again. Only you and people who have bought the template before you will own it.
